SW70双组份自流平

SW70双组份自流平是一组有高性能、低气味、快速凝结、快速干燥,适用于潮湿区域、高湿度、室内外基层自流平水泥产品。本产品不受水分影响,适用于潮湿、清洁、不均匀混凝土水泥基层上,水泥摊铺前可搭配耐福乐NQ170多功能水性界面剂(室外专用)使用。

SW70 is a Bi-Components high performance self leveling compound with low odour, fast seting, fast drying, special designed for wet areas , high moisture vapor control subfloor, exterior and suitable for preparing sound internal subfloors prior to the installation of new floor coverings. SW70 is unaffected by moisture and is suitable for application over damp, clean, uneven concrete and sand/cement screeds, prior to application of Naflor NQ170 Muti-purpose primer for exterior subfloor.

施工方法   Application Instruction

1、将4.2升乳液倒入干净的容器中。将袋装物（20kg）倒入容器轻快搅拌并混合至浓稠流体状态中并无团块状。

Put 4.2 litres liquid into a clean container. Sprinkle in the sack contents (20kg) whilst stirring briskly and mix to a thick- fluid. Lump-free consistency. Use a drill or mixer fitted with a Mixing Paddle. Do not mix too thinly.

2、将混合好的自流平水泥倒在待施工的区域，用齿耙将材料均匀地铺在地面上，所需厚度根据施工需要调整。使用专用放气滚筒消除气泡。

Pour the mixture on the area to be applied, spread the material uniformly to Required thickness using toothed rake. It is the next step to remove entranced air by particular roller.

3、20℃干燥时间约24-48小时。较差的空气流动和较低的温度将影响干燥时间。

Drying time at 20℃ is approx 24-48 hours. Poor air-flow and lower temperatures will significantly affect drying times.
