NQ290高强抛光自流平水泥

N0290 is an advanced cement and polymer based leveling and smoothing compound.NQ290 is a cement based leveling compound with very high compressive strength. NQ290 is especially suitable for high traffic,heavy wear location. NQ290 can be also used as overlays for polished.

施工方法   Application Instruction

1、将5-5.2升冷净水放入干净的容器中。将袋装物（25kg）倒入容器轻快搅拌并混合至浓稠流体状态中并无团块状。

Put 5-5.2 litres of cold clean water into a clean container. Sprinkle in the sack contents (25kg) whilst stirring briskly and mix to a thick- fluid. Lump-free consistency. Use a drill or mixer fitted with a Mixing Paddle. Do not mix too thinly.

2、将混合好的自流平水泥倒在待施工的区域，用齿耙将材料均匀地铺在地面上，所需厚度根据施工需要调整。使用专用放气滚筒消除气泡。

Pour the mixture on the area to be applied, spread the material uniformly to Required thickness using toothed rake. It is the next step to remove entranced air by particular roller.

3、20℃干燥时间约24-48小时。干燥后可采用40-60磨砂纸打磨，提高了表面吸收性。较差的空气流动和较低的温度将影响干燥时间。

Drying time at 20℃ is approx 24-48 hours. Abrading using 40-60 grit sanding paper improves both the surface quality and the absorbency. Poor air-flow and lower temperatures will significantly affect drying times.
