NQ480高强型双组份树脂防潮膜

NO480高强型双组份树脂防潮膜是一种双组份无溶剂体系底涂。用于针对轻微非持续性的潮湿基面上施工。工业等级水泥基自流平施工的底涂,也可作为多种有机涂料地坪如聚氨酯地坪的底涂。

NQ480 is a two-component solvent-free primer. It is used for construction on wet base with slight non continuity. Industrial grade cement-based self leveling construction primer can also be used as the primer of various organic coatings such as polyurethane flooring.

施工指导   Application

作为水泥基自流平底涂:

As cement-based self leveling primer:

1、先将地猖面打磨,清扫干净,基层要求水分不超过8%。

Firstly, the ground shall be polished and ceaned, and the moisturecontent of the base course shall not exceed 8%.

2、将配比好的AB组份混合到一起用电动搅拌器混合均匀(A:B=2:1)。

Mix the proportioned AB components together and mix them evenlywith an electric stirrer (A:B = 2: 1).

3、用羊毛滚筒滚涂,用量约0.4kg/㎡。

Roller coating with wool roller at the dosage of 0.4 kg/㎡ per month.4、次日滚涂NO430高强型非吸收性界面剂,待干后可进行自流平水泥施工。The next day,NQ430 shall be roller coated, and the self leveling cement can be carried out after drying.

作为有机涂料地坪底涂:

As organic coating foor primer:

1、先将地面打磨,清扫干净,基层要求水分不超过8%。

Firstly, the ground shall be polished and cleaned, and the moisture content of the base course shall not exceed 8%.2、将配比好的AB组份混合到一起用电动搅拌器混合均匀(A:B=2:1)。

Mix the proportioned AB components toaether and mix them evenly with an electric stirrer (A:B = 2:1).

3、采用批刮法,用石英粉进行裂缝修补,后打磨处理。

The cracks were repaired with quartz powder and then polished.

4、次日再进行自流平施工,施工之前将地面浮砂清理干净,无需再涂界面剂。

The next day, the self leveling construction wil be carried out. Before the construction,the foating sand on the ground shall be cleaned up,and there is no need to apply interface agent.

本品在运输，储存和施工过程中防止严寒及阳光暴晒，施工温度不低于5℃。

The product should be protected against frost and direct light during transportation, storage and application. Application temperature should not be lower than 5℃.
