NQ600水性亚麻地板胶

本品采用高品质优质丙烯酸脂合成树脂及优质填充剂等原料,应用先进技术和配方精制而成,是一种性能优异的水溶性塑料地板胶，无毒无害，为绿色环保产品。

应用范围   Scope of Application

主要适用于室内各种环保亚麻地板的卷材与吸收性基层的粘结。

It can be used in commercial and industrial building for bonding flax-flooring sheet to substrate.

施工方法   Application Instruction

1、使用前应搅拌均匀，建议用B1锯齿刮刀均匀地涂刮，铺展后凉胶时间0-20分钟(根据气候温度不同，可用手指触摸判断表干情况)即可铺设上述地板材料。

Stir thoroughly the product before use,apply it evenly on the surface of substrate by using B1 toothed trowel. After short open time of 0-20min,the substrate is ready to accept above flooring material.

2、铺下地板后,后用50kg铁辊滚压以排除引入的空气,确保胶水全部粘结附到地板背面。

After the flooring material is applied on the substrate rub the surface by wood plate and roll by 50kg roller to remove entranced air under the flooring mate-rial. Make sure that adhesive has transferred to the back of the flooring material.

3、24小时后可固化,48小时后可步行。

The adhesive will be dried after 24hrs, and set to foot traffic after 48hrs.

保质期   Quality Grarantee Period

在0-40℃库房内储存，保质期为12个月。

注意事项   Notes

本品在运输，储存和施工过程中防止严寒及阳光暴晒，施工温度不低于5℃。

The product should be protected against frost and direct light during transportation, storage and application.Application temperature should not be lower than 5℃.
