PP6快速高强修补砂浆（厚批刮）

PP6是一款优质的以水泥聚合物为原料的高性能修补材料,能快速固化并强度和性能高。适用干修补楼梯踏步、普通砂浆基面、混凝土地面等,能填补墙面、天花板等的孔洞,修复门窗框架的四周基面:可填补管道周围孔隙、镘整坡道,从坡底薄边可镘整到正常厚度:可制作墙地面转角处的圆弧踢脚线、树脂地面施工前的基面修补;适用修补室外水泥混凝土路面出现的各种问题,比如起砂、裂缝、坑洼、起皮、龟裂和起灰等,是一款广泛适用的地面修补快速高强解决方案。

PP6 is a hich- performance repair material with cement polymer as raw material, which can fast seting and high performance. lt is suitable for repairing stair steps, common mortar base surace, concrete floor, etc. It can fill the holes in wall and celing, and repair doors and windows frames; it can fill the holes around the pipeline and trowel the ramp from the thin edge of the slope bottom to the nomal thickness: it can make the arc skiring line at the comer of the wall and the surface repair before the resin floor constrnuction: it is suitable for repainng the outdoor various problems of concrete pavement,such as sanding, cracks, potholes, peeling, cracking and dusting, etc. lt is widely used for rapid and high-strength substrate repairing solutions.

施工方法   Application Instruction

1、将1升冷净水放入干净的容器中。将袋装物（5kg）倒入容器轻快搅拌并混合至浓稠流体状态中并无团块状。使用专业搅拌器具,不要混合过稀。Put 1 litres of cold clean water into a clean container. Sprinkle in the sack contents (5kg) whilst stirring briskly and mix to a thick- fluid. Lump-free consistency. Use a drill or mixer fitted with a Mixing Paddle. Do not mix too thinly.

2、用镘刀填补孔洞、裂缝和破损区域,施工时给镘刀施一定的压力使得砂砂充分“润湿”基层表面并和表面牢固接触。大约过30分钟后就可以进行下一道工序。The trowel is used to fill the holes, cracks and damaged areas.During construction, the trowel is applied with certain pressure to make the mortar fuly "wet" the surface and firmly contact with the surface. After about 30 minutes,the next process can be carried out.
